salmon meat is GORgeous.

If this is what carnivores drool about when you think of steak or a chicken breast then I totally get it. Describing something as being cooked so that "the meat just slides off the bone" suddenly doesn't sound so disgusting to me. I mean, I don't ever wanna eat ribs or a drumstick or anything else that requires me to HOLD it by the bone but still. I'm not enjoying this because I like to think I'm stabbing and chewing something that had flesh...but THIS flesh sho' nuff is tasty. I mean, the color... Wonderful.
